    Where daily life changes: kitchen, bathrooms, services, lighting and storage.

    Through fewer decisions, better executed, and one counterpart accountable for the whole.

    Periodic inspections, preventive maintenance and a record of every piece of work carried out on the property.

What is agreed is put in writing. Any change is approved in writing, with its cost and date.

Fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal within five business days. Projects from $250,000 MXN. Private Stewardship: apartment $4,500 MXN / month, house $7,500 MXN / month, 6-month minimum term.
